Finn Johnsson
Chairman since 2021

Finn Johnsson holds a degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and since his graduation held different positions in the Swedish farmer association and later in Swedish Match. His first position as Managing Director/CEO was for Arenco AB. Over the years, Finn worked as Managing Director/CEO in companies like Tarkett AB, Stora Enso, Euroc AB, Mölnlycke Health AB and Guinness, and was appointed chairman of various companies such as West Sweden Chamber of Commerce, EFG European Furnoture Group AB, Ovako AB, AB Geveko, Luvata, Nordic Capital, City Airline, Klövern and AB Volvo. He has been a board member in many nordic companies and is still an active board member in Energifonden Sverige AB, EFG European Furniture Group AB and Powerboat AB, and chairman of Carlsquare AB and Thomas Concrete Group AB, inter alia.

Christian Zahler
Board member and CEO of CISH AB since 2018

Christian Zahler has a Master’s degree in physics from the University of Freiburg. Working in the field of solar thermal technologies for about 30 years, he started his “solar career” at the Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg. Later, he moved on to work at research institutes in Portugal and Norway. In 1999, he returned to Freiburg and joined PSE AG, where he was responsible for the solar thermal department. In 2008, Christian and Tobias Schwind jointly founded Industrial Solar.

Marie-Louise Olsson Dawwas
Board member since 2022

Marie-Louise Olsson Dawwas is a managing partner in Tectus Development LLC (New York) as well as a board member of Assindia AB (Sweden) and Al Muwathaba PSC (Jordan). She holds a BSc from the University of Nevada LV in hospitality management at the University of Nevada LV, in addition to a degree in interior design from Parsons School of Design in New York. Marie-Louise has been active in the field of concept design and development for commercial real estate in Sweden and the U.S. since 2003. She leads the Assindia Group of companies’ initiative in sustainable investment and development.

Dr. Korbinian Kramer
Board member since 2022

Dr. Korbinian Kramer is the Head of Group “Characterization, Testing and Quality Assurance” at the Thermal Systems and Buildings Technologies Division at Fraunhofer ISE, as well as the Director of “TestLab Solar Thermal Systems”, and the Director of the accredited “TestLab Heat Pumps and Chillers”. He holds a Doctorate degree from Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg (Germany), Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources, as well as a Diploma in Environmental and Process Engineering. Dr. Kramer is lecturer in international master courses on solar thermal energy conversion and has published over 50 scientific reviewed paper, book contributions and conference presentations. He is technical consultant to the European Solar Thermal Industry Federation (ESTIF/SHE) and in the scientific board of conferences like ISES Solar World Congress. He is recently chairing the ISO Standardisation committee and won the international Mission Innovation Champions Award in 2019.

Markus Augustsson
Board member since 2020

Markus Augustsson holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Lund University and has studied mathematics, philo-sophy and pro-gramming at Linköping University. Markus has worked in the financial sector since 2008. At Nordea Markets, he worked with equities and derivatives trading. Today, Markus is Head of Equity Research at Carlsquare, a financial advisor with offices in Stockholm, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, London and Copenhagen.

Daniel Pfeifle
Board member since 2020

Daniel Pfeifle studied from 2005 to 2009 at the University of Applied Sciences in Nordhausen/ Germany and is a graduate engineer in the field of renewable energy systems. From 2009 to 2012, he worked at Fraunhofer ISE in the field of solar seawater treatment before joining SolarSpring as a project engineer, being responsible for the area of membrane distillation and strategic alignment. In 2016, he took over the management of SolarSpring.
