Clean Industry Solutions Holding Europe AB ("CISH" or the "Company") announced today that it received approval for admission to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market ("Nasdaq First North"). The first day of trading on Nasdaq First North will be 12 July 2021.
CISH has applied for and received approval for admission to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The first day of trading in the Company's share on Nasdaq First North will be 12 July 2021. Trading in the Company's share on Spotlight Stock Market will end and the last day of trading on Spotlight Stock Market is 9 July 2021.
Nasdaq's decision is conditional upon (i) that the Company publishes a Company Description, and (ii) that the Company, no later than two days before the first day of trading, updates its website in accordance with Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook, and (iii) that nothing occurs in connection with the change of listing venue that could lead to a different assessment by Nasdaq.

CISH's stock will continue to be traded under the ticker CISH with ISIN code SE0011762517. No new shares will be issued in connection with the Company's shares being admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North and the Company's shareholders do not need to take any actions in connection with the change of listing venue.
