Industrial Solar Holding Europe AB has today held an extra general meeting. The extra general meeting decided to adjourn the extra general meeting to a new date during the Q1 2021. The reason for this was that several further topics for the agenda of the extra general meeting occurred during the last days.
Notice to attend the extra general meeting in Q1 2021 will be disclosed accordingly with the Swedish Company Act.
