We will keep our message brief: There has never been a better time to invest in Clean Industry Solutions. Our subsidiaries have experienced a huge increase in demand and were able to record an order intake of over SEK 10 million in the third quarter of 2022 alone. The increase in volume of inquiries and orders bodes well for the future.
As we know, the climate crisis is the most pressing issue humanity is facing right now. Heat records being broken every day, unprecedented weather events occurring all over the planet, and drought-hit Europe are only some of the signs indicating we need to act. The climate crisis is intricately connected to existential issues, and CISH focuses on two of those: energy and water.
Renewable energy is becoming more affordable every day, whereas the price we pay for fossil fuels is skyrocketing – both economically and environmentally. Solar energy is now more competitive than it used to be five years ago. CISH’s subsidiary Industrial Solar has been closely observing the shift in the industry, as businesses from all sectors are implementing solar energy solutions to decarbonize their operations and reduce reliance on fossil fuels. On the water side, SolarSpring has solidified its position as an innovative solution provider by participating in grant-awarded international R&D studies while working on providing scalable solutions to various industries to treat wastewater.
CISH’s subsidiaries are working hard to meet growing demand from potential clients all over the world. Thus, it is a critical time to generate more resources to keep up with the increasing demand, to develop these businesses and hire more brilliant people. We have the expertise, passion, and the solutions; you have the drive to make a difference.
To generate these resources, the Board has therefore decided to carry out a rights issue.

The Company can initially receive approximately SEK 23 million before deduction of issue costs.
The subscription price in the Rights Issue amounts to SEK 1.50 per unit, corresponding to a subscription price of SEK 1.50 per share. The warrants are issued free of charge.
One (1) existing share held on the record date entitles to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right entitles to subscription of one (1) unit.
Clean Industry Solutions has received subscription commitments of approximately SEK 2 million and issue guarantees of approximately SEK 12.9 million, corresponding to a total of approximately 65 percent of the Rights Issue.
